Thinking of online degree

I have been contemplating to go back to school for a master. Although I am not sure how I can manage my time to physically attend classes 2 to 3 times a week. So I actually have started reviewing my options for an online degree instead. You see, it has becoming a popular choice already especially for busy people like me. Northwestern College for example is a known institution that specializes in Associate Degree programs in high demand fields of Health Information Technology, criminal justice degree and Business Administration which I actually would like to pursue. The program actually aims to establish their students to become a leader in their chosen career, making one bankable by positioing you for a higher salary and faster advancement in workplace. For me, I just want to learn more in diversifying and managing multiple business ventures. I hope to pursue this plan soon. Would probably review more about this Innovative Online Associate Degree.

Another Great Weekend…

It was a great weekend indeed. Nothing compares to spending quality time with the whole family. We had too much lounging around actually. And staying at home was our best option since it was so hot already when you go outside. Atleast, we do not have much concern about it while inside the house because the 3-toner aircon and the basement dehumidifier were both on almost the whole day. So goodluck to our electric bill Nevertheless, it’s just good to relax for this weekend as we look forward to a very busy week ahead!

Weekly Lunch

with friends is due in a few hours. I really look forward to weekly lunch like this with friends. This week, we are trying something Japanese. We are also scheduled to check out the preview of the summer collections of our favorite brand. And oh, we are also watching a movie. And if we still have time, we would probably be off to a derma salon as I really need help in getting rid of blackheads. I need to consult with my dermatologist if the research I found online on top solutions for this face problem would really work. For the meantime, I really need to prepare now to head out for our meet up.

is turning 5 on the 30th. I thought school won’t be over until sometime March 26 but I was suprised when I read just today the notice dated last monday (which apparently were toppled under my messy office supplies) that they are having their last day on March 16. I am really planning for an early celebration for her birthday in school but I practically haven’t done anything yet. So can you imagine how much I am cramming now to have her invites made, order the souvenirs, the cake and even the food for her party? Nevertheless, I think I can still pull it off For all you know, the mommy is an event planner

US Itinerary

I’m overly excited!!! It’s actually an understatement. But i just love that my SIL is doing a preparation already for our upcoming arrival in the US. In fact, she did some bookings already in hotels where we would stay. Although, we won’t be able to include an Outer Banks vacation this time since we are just going to stay in the West for our total of 24-days stay in the US, we are still pretty much excited about the trip. Itinerary includes Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, Reno, SFO, Lake Tahoe, San Diego and hopefully to even include Yosemite if we can still squeeze that in. It’s one challenging amazing race for us but definitely an enjoyable road trip. Can’t wait. We can’t really wait!

Enroute to Manila…

I can’t wait for my new baby to arrive this week. I hope there would be no snow storms already in New York as it was supposed to leave there Saturday but it was deferred because of the said storm. I have been waiting it for monthssss now so I guess our meeting would be the sweetest of all! lol! For the meantime, the husband asked me to check some entertainment centers available online or in the mall. He is contemplating to change the guest room to an entertainment room. Apparently, we can’t watch much in our own LCD TV in the room since the kids are co-sleeping with us and would only watch Disney Channel all the time. lol! I might give in to his request since he also gave in to my request for this new baby!

Twitter/Bebots Grand EB

Before I even go out of the house and help my cousin for the apartments for rent in our area, let me share with you the fun and great weekend last Feb 19-20 when two balikbayan friends (Trin and Glo) hosted parties for us. It was so nice to be part of this group and I enjoyed the party we had in Astoria Plaza and Jollibee Blue Wave. The Astoria Plaza party started very early. Well, as early as 9am, there were people in the room already. The room was booked under my name so we were able to get membership discounts. I arrived very late already as I came from the Travel Expo in MOA to canvass for our US trip tickets. Food were overflowing that day and we had great time chit-chatting and taking our (kulit) pictures! There were games and even raffle prizes at stake. We all came home with a bunch of loots!

The following day, we were with our families as Glo treated the kids to a fun party in Jollibee Blue Wave. It was really a great time to catch up with Trin and Glo, who I only met in Twitter. Apparently, Glo is our shopping buddy for all things we need to buy in the US. Thanks Glo for buying and bringing home also the iPhone of the husband!

New Business…

As the new business opened recently, we need to get a new epson receipt printer for our sales invoicing needs. This food kiosk is officially open since last month at the 4th floor of Robinson’s Pioneer. Sales are starting to pick up already as of this writing. A good sign actually. We were also very happy that the stall was moved to a location that is more visible. If everything falls into place, (cross-fingers), it would be break-even in less than a year and hoping to open a new stall in another mall as well.

Boy…Boy…Oh Boy!

Before I even worry and get confused about a number of prenatal vitamins available in the market today, I am already confused on which version of Chinese Calendar to follow in order for us to concieve a baby boy! A number of my friends actually followed the Chinese Calendar and were very accurate with the results but there has been some differences in the interpretations of these calendars. For some, lunar age should be considered, for the rest, regular human age would do. There’s even a different interpretation on the months itself since it would also have to follow the chinese charts. In reality, I am overly perflexed. It’s totally confusing! Take for example these two charts I found…

Based on my age, they differ in months on when to conceive a baby boy. Whoa! Well, I agree with what one of my friends said who would thought that conceiving for a baby boy or girl even includes a mathematical equation?! Oh boy! lol!

My lucky charms…

There were some discussions about Lucky Charms among friends last week. So instead of just buying hair supplements that I need for my dry and limp hair from my favorite chinese store, I also took the chance to get myself those goodluck charms even before the eve of chinese new year. I have never been a fanatic of these charms but I believe there’s nothing much to lose anyway. Don’t know if it’s a coincidence but I have been receiving a number of good news for the past few days…well, it’s probably because of faith as well!
