Since the new venture we are going to enter would require more investments, the idea of Business Financing could actually be a good option. It’s about an accounts receivable lending but is actually not a loan. In turn, it is just an advance or purchase of your receivables so no debts are created for the business. You can pay the loan as your customers pay their receivables. The accounts receivable could actually be the collateral. This is the whole idea of Business Finance seminar that my friend attended to the other day. Since we would have a new business, we would really be offering credit terms so we could actually get more clients. But of course, we need additional capital as well. So having this financial facility is actually good for those planning for business, like us, who will be venturing to another opportunity.
I still cannot divulge what business will it be but it would definitely be events related still. We are still in the process of reviewing all our feasibility study and making sure we can gear up that business with minimal risks. We would like to be assured of our capital return of course.
I came from the bank to change currencies for our upcoming trip. Our account manager in the bank was offering me an investment to buy gold coins. There is a growing market for gold recently and an increase have been seen tremendously. Primarily, this is brought about by the downfall of the US economy. I was advised by the account manager that investing in gold is actually a safer one more than any other investment in other currencies.
This kind of investment has to be studied very well. I am pretty sure there are more things to be learned about this kind of business and it would definitely flourish once proper training on trading this precious stone is practiced.
This is one of my busiest week!!! I could already imagine how tired I could be at the end of the week. If I would check my pulse rate from an oximeter, my pulse rate would probably have gone for more than a hundred. I have meetings everyday, starting early morning till late evening. I really have to finish most of my work before I leave for a vacation on May. I cannot afford not to enjoy it by clients calling me for some concerns. I’ll load up myself with vitamins probably as sickness is not entirely allowed at this time. Now, I am going back to work in 3, 2, 1!
As the new business opened recently, we need to get a new epson receipt printer for our sales invoicing needs. This food kiosk is officially open since last month at the 4th floor of Robinson’s Pioneer. Sales are starting to pick up already as of this writing. A good sign actually. We were also very happy that the stall was moved to a location that is more visible. If everything falls into place, (cross-fingers), it would be break-even in less than a year and hoping to open a new stall in another mall as well.
