Margaux’s E-Passport

Glad, it finally came. Well it came about more than a week ago. I was in panic to renew her passport as I didn’t realize that hers is expiring on September and won’t be valid for a 6-months validity of travel when going out of the country. I called up the DFA Appointment System and to my dismay learned that the next available schedule was around May 15! Whoa! Cannot be. So thanks to the help of some connections, I was able to get a slot using the courtesy lane. The passport arrived very timely.

Now, got to finish really my list of things to bring. I am thinking if I will include the riding boots I have Wonder if I could really use one, those are nice dress boots!

Dear Margaux,

You are a God’s gift of love to me and dad. You have become a very good friend to your sister Bianca. You may outgrow my lap but you would never ever outgrow my heart. Sometimes, when i look at you, I can’t help it but I would want to stop the time as I watch you grow. When I sit and stare at you, i can clearly see myself within you. I know in time you would become independent and free but you would remain to be my baby as long as you could be. I know I am not a perfect mom but I am trying my best on all that I do. And everyday, I thank the Lord, for a blessing of a daughter as special as you.

Margaux’s 5th Birthday party in school

Margaux had her advance 5th birthday party in school last week. It was exactly like 15-days in advance. Well, they ended their class last March 16 so it is but proper to have her celebration in school even if her real birthday is still on March 30.

Theme is of course Disney Princess as her favorite. She specifically requested for it. She was in a nice pink dress made by her Ninang Mimi of Bumblebee and Company.

I ordered from Shakey’s Katipunan their kiddie party meal which is just appropriate. The box includes a slice of pizza, 1 pc chicken, a cup of spaghetti, 2 pcs mojos plus a glass of iced tea. Great that they were able to deliver to the school canteen itself so it wasn’t an added errand for me to pick it up.

Ordered her princess cake from Layers and Layers in Kapitolyo, Pasig.

It was just a simple celebration. There was just a cake blowing then eating time. The lootboxes were distributed afterwards. Games are actually not allowed.

The Carnival Dancer…

I’m on a roll to blog, lol!

Here are more pictures of Margaux as one of the carnival dancers in their Annual Stage Play. Again, I’m so proud of my little girl as she performs very well this year. Better than last year when she was a bit shy. This year, she practically knows all the dance steps and even the songs. Not to mention, even the scripts of all the other characters! I’ll be happy if she would have one of the major roles next year Hahaha, Here I am again, the stage-mother ever!

These were all taken during their dress rehearsal because cameras are not allowed during the gala performance.

We are so proud of her! She’s going to be in Kindergarten already next school year! And then, she’s a grade-schooler already!

The Annual Stage Play…

As a culminating activity of all CSC students, an annual play is staged to showcase the kids talents in singing, dancing and acting. This year’s play is entitled “Ang Paglalakbay sa Libro ng Hiwaga.” Margaux was one of the carnival dancers. She was so lovely with her all-pink costume. Few days before the play, we still cannot find the perfect pair of pink shoes for her. Glad we finally get one in the malls. She loves the ballet shoes to bits. She actually wants to get one in white as well. But I told her to wait until we go abroad in the next coming months as my SIL said there are nice kids shoes in outlets. I’m pretty sure we are going to get one for them as I also have plans of getting a Cole Haan for myself this time. I need a loafer for my corporate meetings.

Anyway, enough of my shopping plans. Here’s the little girl in her costume…

in school today. Yes, it is 15-days in advance! lol! Since tomorrow is their last day, she still needs to have a birthday party celebration anyway. She’s very excited too. I just ordered the cake from Layers and Layers which I actually picked up already last night. The food would be from Shakey’s which I already ordered last week. It would just be delivered in school. The lootboxes are all set as well and have been loaded up to the car. We are off to her school in few minutes…

is turning 5 on the 30th. I thought school won’t be over until sometime March 26 but I was suprised when I read just today the notice dated last monday (which apparently were toppled under my messy office supplies) that they are having their last day on March 16. I am really planning for an early celebration for her birthday in school but I practically haven’t done anything yet. So can you imagine how much I am cramming now to have her invites made, order the souvenirs, the cake and even the food for her party? Nevertheless, I think I can still pull it off For all you know, the mommy is an event planner

Our preschoolers…

Next year, we would have two official preschoolers already. Our dear Bianca would be going to the same school like her Ate Margaux. We are applying her for First Step in Miriam College Child Study Center. Her testing schedule would be on February 4. I hope my little girl would pass the exam. I’m anxious actually. I wonder if ever there are kids that they won’t accept. As she comes in as First Step for next school year, her Ate Margaux would be in Kinder on the other hand. After which, Margaux would be a gradeschooler already. How time flies so fast really!!!! I’m pretty sure I would be excited to prepare as well for her graduation announcements from Kindergarten! Yeah, I would definitely be a very proud mom!

Good thing, I was able to buy a Hannah Montana dance mat with blonde wig and the Bratz rock guitar during the Toy Kingdom Sale. She was in perfect outfit…
