She’s so cute on her Ms. Thailand costume which she wore during their Asian Book of Days. Thanks to her Aunt Cindy who took time to get her this costume in Quiapo, since I cannot leave the house that time due to my sprained ankle.
All teachers commended her costume. I was glad she actually wore it. I was worried at first that she won’t even fit the head dress. It was perfectly fit on her.

How’s life been with me and the family? Sorry folks (to my avid readers)
if I haven’t been posting more personal stuff in this blog. For one, I have really been busy with work. Also, I am trying to choose now what to write. Apparently, after carefully screening my posts, I ended up not posting anything, so major boo! I don’t want to promise that I would regularly be writing more personal stuff because promises could be made to be broken. Instead, I will just try my best ok? Besides, there are so much happenings I would like to share so I need major back- tracking here.
For the meantime, let me recall the things I would like to share and just put everything in a nutshell while I still cannot sleep at this time of writing (too much coffee for the day!) and taking advantage that I still have the blogging mojos with me as well.
1. I am hopeful for 2011. 2010 has been a very good year so I look forward to a better 2011. With all my lucky charms and talismans I bought in time for the chinese new year, I hope the wonders of these will work on me. But of course, I do not rely much on these alone. Faith is more important and I am holding on to it.
2. To start of by saying that my 2011 is shinier, my work is taking its peak. I’m happy with my job and that’s what matters most. We finished our January events in flying colors. One major thing that transpired is coordinating a celebrity wedding. Yes, we finally did one! So weddings we have planned and coordinated won’t just be gracing all those bridal magazines like Wedding Essentials, Metro Weddings, Martha Stewart Phils and the like but would also be featured in showbiz magazines like Yes, Buzz and Star Studio Magazine! That’s a major accomplishment!
Lol! So who’s wedding was it? The very private and beautiful wedding of Oyo Boy Sotto and Kristine Hermosa. Their onsite video are actually posted in Threelogy’s blog.
3. The kids are growing fast. (Sniff, Sniff). Margaux is turning 6 already by March so do you know what it means? Well, I’m already party planning for her 7th Birthday next year. Yeah, working on my plans as early as now and I’m actually panicking already as I need to decide soon already for the venue. Who said birthday party planning cannot happen for a year in advance? Not if I’m the mommy!
As being in events company, I’m sure our guests will be expecting more.
4. Bianca, on the other hand is doing good in big school. I knew she could really adjust very well. Oh, they are ending the school year already and I cannot wait for both of them to be performing for the school play as their culminating activity.
5. We have plotted our family travels for the year. We are excited for most of it. To start off, we are flying to Boracay next week. And I am so excited to see the sun, the sand and the beach of course. Not to mention, the extra privilege to stay in Shangrila Boracay. I thought we won’t be able to afford for it but since I am a sucker for sales and discounts, I never miss the chance to avail the promo when vouchers were sold in Shangrila Greenbelt last year. It will be the second time for the kids. I’m sure they will enjoy it more now since they are bigger. As for me, I am also bigger in size! Lol! That’s the bad news. So I am quite depressed that I can no longer wear the same swimwear I wore in the island some 3 years ago. Now, that’s a major boo!
There’s a pretty number of sharing I still like to post but let’s reserve it next time. It is an odd hour already and sleepiness has finally knocked on my head after 650 words of this blog post.
No promises as I said but will really try to write my mushing and ramblings (more) often
Before i review the quotes from cheap insurance companies, which I need to finalize and discuss with the husband, let me share with you pictures from Bianca’s birthday celebration in school. As usual, the school would only allow packed food to be given to the students during their snack time, so I just ordered the bunch of lunch from Shakey’s. No games are allowed so Bianca just had a simple candle-blowing ceremony of her birthday cake which I just ordered from Red Ribbon. She just gave out a u-top lunch box to her classmates.
She’s my Dora, the explorer. So her birthday theme will be Dora again as that what she wants and insists.
1. She knows how to write her name already.
2. She knows how to spell her name.
3. She can count until 20.
4. She knows all the colors and she loves coloring.
5. She loves watching TV and DVD all about Dora and Mickey Mouse
6. She loves to draw which I cannot figure out exactly what she’s scribbling.
7. She is so sweet and affectionate.
8. She loves nilagang baka and eats only her rice with “sabaw”
9. She loves to eat bread too.
10. She is turning four already on November 5.
This little girl is celebrating her 4th Birthday in 3 weeks time! No major party actually. She would just celebrate in her class. I already ordered her souvenir for her classmates while I still need to finalize my order with Shakeys. I am happy that there is no fuss in buying prizes as there is no games for her party in school actually. We are just planning to have dinner with the family and if by chance, we could get a good accommodation rate from a city hotel. But i am inclined to do slideshows of her pictures since birth just the same with what I did for the other daughter. Oh, and I remember, I still need to work on their photo books! Haven’t started anything yet!
So before I head out to bed as I am thinking to take some herbal sleeping pills which my friend gave me and guaranteed to be safe and all-natural, (as i have been not getting a good sleep for the past few days) let me conclude by sharing more pictures of Bianca’s Moving Up Day. It’s actually her official graduation from Toddler Class.
They started off with a march to stage while we, the parents were patiently waiting for their entrance.

They did a song number after they have positioned themselves in the stage and was happy that she was participating during this part.
And of course their individual oral recitation. All parents were proud of their children. I am no excemption. Afterwards, they went out one at a time holding on to their certificates.

She had her moving up day Friday last week. It was a joy to see her march with her white dress appropriate for a graduation day. I’m happy to see her completing her toddler class and officially becoming a preschooler next school year. She would also be on the same school as her Ate Margaux.
Bianca is so cute with her oral recitation. Though it is just a two liner poem, I am one proud mom!
Click the link below to watch her performance.
Bianca is so funny with this picture, placing a plastic bag as her hat!
Bianca loves the movie Cars so much that’s why she even prefers the lootbox of her sister in prints of Cars instead of the Disney Princess. She loves to play pretend to be driving a car. I guess this little girl would want to drive her own car in the future. Oh well, the dad needs to find the right and suited used cars for them. We would definitely give them when they are on legal age to drive.

Next year, we would have two official preschoolers already. Our dear Bianca would be going to the same school like her Ate Margaux. We are applying her for First Step in Miriam College Child Study Center. Her testing schedule would be on February 4. I hope my little girl would pass the exam. I’m anxious actually. I wonder if ever there are kids that they won’t accept. As she comes in as First Step for next school year, her Ate Margaux would be in Kinder on the other hand. After which, Margaux would be a gradeschooler already. How time flies so fast really!!!! I’m pretty sure I would be excited to prepare as well for her graduation announcements from Kindergarten! Yeah, I would definitely be a very proud mom!
Before I make colonix reviews as my cousin is requesting me to help her with it, I would just like to share some pictures from Bianca’s Christmas Presentation last year, which I failed to post. This happened last Dec18, 2009. It was their last day in school then. Was so proud of my little girl because she was so participative all throughout their program. In fact, there were 3 poems that she was part of.

She’s so adorable. She’s going to be in BIG School already next school year. Enrolling her also in Miriam Collge Child Study Center. Will have two preschoolers already next year. Cliche as it seems, Time really flies so fast!!!
The following day, November 6, Bianca also celebrated her birthday in school. It was for the mixed group of Toddlers, Nursery and Kinder. So there were lots of kids which made the party more fun. The teachers prepared some games. There were also song numbers for the bday celebrate and well-wishers for her. I ordered chickenjoy and spaghetti from Jollibee. It was so fun to see the kids. Good thing, Ate Margaux was able to join us as well. She didn’t have school yet that time. We gave out HighSchool Musical bags with candies and toys inside as her lootbags. As mentioned before, Bianca loves High School Musical to bits. She dances and sings all songs from the first High School Musical that’s why I decided for it to be her birthday theme.
Here are some pictures…

It was a rush birthday party I prepared at home. I want her to actually to have a candle blowing with kids on her exact birthday. I had to move her party in school the following day, because I learned that there was also another kid celebrating his birthday the same day as Bianca. (it was a miscommunication with the school). Anyway, a day before her birthday, I went to buy few toys and candies so we can have some games and prizes. I was able to prepare lootbags as well for like 12 kids. So despite the rain, we had a simple celebration of Bianca’s 3rd birthday at home…

My dear little girl Bianca celebrated her 3rd Birthday today. She had a simple party here in the house a while ago with few of her classmates and also some of our neighbors’ kids. Tomorrow, she would have another party in her school.
How fast it could be that it was already 3 years ago when I gave birth to a bouncing baby girl at 7.1lbs. I gave birth to her at 9:18am. I recalled everything else that happened that joyous day. I read again my birthing story here. After just few lines of reading and watching the video again (do check my birthing story), tears fell down my eyes.
I am thankful for the blessings of my kids. They are the most precious to me. Now, I wonder if I have been doing the right thing to become a good mother to them. I may not be perfect but I am doing my very best. I always pray for graciousness that I may be able to teach my kids the values of being a good person. I may sound overacting since they are just so little, but everything else starts from home.
To my dear Bianca, happy happy birthday to you. I wish that you may grow as a very fine girl. Thank you for letting me learn the ropes of being a mom. I would try my best to teach you the proper ways of life. I would do my share in moulding you not just as a good daughter, a good sister but a definite good kind-hearted person.

We love you!
As mentioned in my previous posts, after the school program yesterday, the kids went around the houses within the street of their school to do some trick or treat. Margaux is already in vacation since Wednesday so she helped out her little sister to go around the place. Bianca’s costume is a red bug which I just quickly grabbed from the mall last monday since I realized that the old dumbo costume of Margaux, which she was supposed to wear doesn’t fit her anymore.
The kids had a blast…

I am one proud mommy for my little girl Bianca for the performance level she showed during their halloween program in school yesterday. She sang with the whole group and then there were two poems with some of her classmates. And the culmination of all was her dance number to the tune of “nobody but you!”
I was so happy to see her swing her hips and butt left and right. She’s such a cutie. I was working as a photographer, videographer and a coach as the same time! So sorry if there were out of focus shots! Too bad, the husband wasn’t able to witness it since he had an important meeting. Actually, it was my fault as well that he wasn’t able to come. I told him early this week that the program was moved on a wednesday but apparently, I got the wrong information from the yaya. I was selective in listening most of the time especially when I am busy! harharhar! (excuses!)
Anyway, they ended their day by going around the houses in the same street of their school for trick or treat!
Here are some pictures during the program…(click to enlarge)

You would always hear me say “where did all the years go by?” but it is true. I can’t believe my 2nd baby is turning 3 years old already next week! She’s growing to be a very sweet child. She loves to hug, kiss all the time. She always says “i love you mommy!” She’s so adorable! Tomorrow, they would have mini-program in their school. I am excited to see her dance! Though she’s three already, she would still be my baby just like her Ate Margaux. I’m so blessed to have my kids! Wouldn’t trade anything for them!

taken right after I gave birth to her

she was just a week old here
Here she is now…

she's now a schoolgirl!
Ok, enough of this… I might start my crying spell. I still need to research and give feedback to my cousin re Orange NJ dental implants.
The little Bianca enjoyed her 1st week in school. No qualms or no fretting! I’m so proud. She would immediately enter her classroom after coming out from the car. Its so nice to see her participating in class activities. I hope she would really not get bored. In fact, she’s pretty adjusted to the routine, which was my main purpose why I enrolled her this early. At least, she is doing something productive every day, unlike the usual watching of TV. I get so busy sometimes that I really cannot attend to her all throughout the day. And with her big sister going to school as well starting next week, I am sure she would miss a playmate in the morning. For the past 5 days that she was attending the class, I noticed that she became more playful and she is trying her best now to communicate herself. I guess this is also one of the advantages or expectations that I am looking forward in sending her to the toddler school.
Here are some of her pictures from her 1st day with her Ate Margaux joining her as well…
yes, I guess it’s finally over. How time flies that the two-months break has finally come to end. And how time flies as well that this school year, we now have two kids who are going to school! Yeah, Bianca’s class (toddler class) would start by monday next week. We enrolled her in a nearby (inside the village) play school called House of Little People. We heard a lot of good things about this school which offers until prep. Most of the kids who came from these schools are able to enter the premier big schools like Ateneo, Miriam, Poveda, La Salle. I’m excited for Bianca to enter school as I am sure this would improve especially her speech development as she still talks German at this time, lol!
Margaux’s school will start next next week instead. And orientation would be next week also. Gee, I’m putting on my dotting mom’s hat again so expect pictures of their first week in school. I hope the kids would love going to school!
Here are more pictures of the birthday girl. She was very happy during the entire party. Good thing she was able to sleep before we left the house. By the way, I bought her clothes from Periwinkle in Shang Mall. I just love the color.
She adores Dora the Explorer a lot!
She almost wants to bring home Dora! (lol!)

The pictures from Howell are already here. I love the photos! As in super love! Thanks Howell! From the pictures, we can see how happy the guests during the party. We are so happy also that most of our friends and family were able to make it to the party. I only exceeded 6pax based on my reservation for 100pax. I was kinda anxious during the party if the lootbags I prepared for the kids would be enough as I only had 50pcs made so I was asking the maids to count all the kids to ensure that everyone would be able to get something. In previous parties, (if you have read before), we had 90+ kids during Margaux’s and Bianca’s 1st Birthday Parties. Well, we have limit our guestlist this time. But good thing, I still made the right estimate.
We started the party late since most of the guests were stranded due to heavy rains. We were in Shakey’s before 3pm so good thing we weren’t caught in the flash flood along Katipunan Avenue. Despite that fact that we started late, all the kids had a blast.
I was very happy with my suppliers as well.
1. Shakey’s Katipunan (love the food– bunch of lunch and we ordered 1 big giant pizza, which was a hit to the guests)
2. Adworks – for the invitations. I have always been a “suki.”
3. Melisse – for the tarpaulin and printing. Thanks girl!
4. Yanple – for the balloon decors, Dora Mascot and glitter tattoo artist. I’m happy with the balloons. Thanks Apple for accommodating all my requests and my last-minute bilins.
5. Quintbelles – for the 2-layer cake. Thanks again Elaine. It was a beautiful cake.
6. Sheila from 168 Mall – 2nd time to order from her. I’m good with what she delivered.
7. URC company store – thanks to the husband’s discount, all items inside the lootbags came from URC (universal robina corporation)
8. Divisoria Mall – of course, for the prizes and other goodies for the party.
9. Frostings – the super yummy cupcakes, which apprently, I forgot to distribute during the party. It was all at the bottom of the table and I just realized when we were packing all the stuff already. We were able to give to some guests who were still there anyway.
10. Howell – for photo coverage. I am very happy with the output. I love all the shots. As in I can make stories out of the photos.
11. Juana in 168 mall – for my fabulous outfit! lol! This is my fab find at a super great price! Please tell me I don’t need those fat burners when you see me in the pictures.
Here are some pictures from Howell. I’m still downloading some and I still want to make more stories about the party…
