Dear Margaux,

You are a God’s gift of love to me and dad. You have become a very good friend to your sister Bianca. You may outgrow my lap but you would never ever outgrow my heart. Sometimes, when i look at you, I can’t help it but I would want to stop the time as I watch you grow. When I sit and stare at you, i can clearly see myself within you. I know in time you would become independent and free but you would remain to be my baby as long as you could be. I know I am not a perfect mom but I am trying my best on all that I do. And everyday, I thank the Lord, for a blessing of a daughter as special as you.

No, not yet. But I have been planning to order again for food deliveries after the holy week. In fact, thinking to get one cycle for myself. This is to jump start again my way back to getting fit and slim. Or I am really thinking and convincing the husband that we should buy an elliptical instead so we could really exercise at home.  Saw some weekend sale and closeout sale from the internet and I just wonder how much would it cost us to ship one here.  I cannot seem to find a nice one from the local stores here.

It is freaking hot! And I so want this. Selecta Gold Berry Strawberry. Too bad, we don’t have any ice cream in the fridge at this time. I guess I need to hit the groceries later. But should I just forego as my lenten sacrifice for the week? I think it would be a good idea though. I hope I can resist temptation, lol!

So what are your plans for the holy week? Hope everyone would get to have a blessed and meaningful week ahead. As for our family, aside from the usual Bisita Iglesia which we would actually do by early Thursday, we are also off to stay in a nearby resort. I heard the resort exemplifies a very refreshing ambiance and even have those mahogany shutters on their rooms. I am just excited to relax a bit before I get off to a very busy April.

Visited a friend yesterday who actually gave birth to a bouncing cute baby boy. It’s their first and I could see the happiness on the daddy’s eyes. They even gave out fuente cigars for all visitors in the hospital. Interesting huh? They said that you should give out a cigar when you have a baby boy. I didn’t know that. Oh well, I shall keep that in mind as we hope to give out the same thing as well in the future My husband was so green with envy when he saw the little boy in the nursery!

This is currently my favorite bag so far. Just can’t get enough of her. I’m already a convert to the brand. So love its leather and the smell of it. It is totally addicting. I also love the color I got which I can partner with practically anything as it looks almost close to black from afar. But is actually color “canard” a unique one from the Spring/Summer Collection 2010. It’s actually almost dark blue but has a teal undertone. I just love it! It’s a latest acquisition, my Balenciaga SGH City.

Even if we haven’t gone yet for our major vacation this year, we are already planning for our Orlando vacation next year maybe? I hope we could really push through this time. We are also looking to go to New York or Canada so we could visit our other relatives there. We would have wanted to do it all together this may but I just can’t afford to travel just with the two girls since the husband cannot take a longer break from work. Anyway, there would always be a next time. For the meantime, we are so looking forward for our trip to the West Coast on May.

Next week would be April rush for me already. It would definitely going to be a very busy week as I need to complete all my pending tasks since I’ll be gone for a couple of weeks on May. I want to finish most of my tasks and even advance it so I could really enjoy the trip. I also do not want a pile of workload to welcome me when I get back so I would try my best to even work on my events for June and July way before hand. No time to procrastinate for the month of April.

I need to finalize my clients Wedding Invitations which I am supposed to design. The Save The Date Cards of my December clients would need to be released also by this month of April. And I’ve got to her a dear friend for her Baby Shower Invitations since she’s giving birth by June. Good thing, everything is easy since I can just order online. I want those unique and creative invitations that would be appropriate for the wedding themes of my clients. Top trends can also be seen online from top brands in the industry. Sometimes, I also need assistance with proper wordings and ideal etiquette in addressing invites. So now, i better be start working!

Glad I am finally done with my pending auto insurance reviews which I owe the husband. We finally decided on what to get. We need to secure the cars before we leave for the major vacation. After checking each and every supplier from the list that my friend gave, we were able to decide on the right policy to get for the vehicles. Now, the husband is pleased with me cause I was able to get good deals as well!

Got this cute pink mug from a friend who works from Avon. It’s their company’s effort for Breast Cancer Awareness. They distribute these promotional items to their clients to increase awareness for women on how to protect themselves from this killer disease. Protection is always better that cure so early detection would matter well. What could be the an obvious outward signs of breast cancer? The most common ones include a lump, or an area of thickening in the breast. Other common signs include swelling and redness or an enlarged lymph node. But it could still be cancerous so it would still be best to see a doctor right away. Professional care should really be considered. To all my lady friends,I encourage you to be get a physical exam for this.

Off to the mall today as I got to find a new DECT phone. Our old wireless phone has some problems with its batteries. For some reasons, its batteries get drained easily. The husband suggest to get a twin cordless phones this time so we could have one also in the master’s bedroom. I think it would be a great idea. I also want to get something with answering machine already.

Margaux had her advance 5th birthday party in school last week.  It was exactly like 15-days in advance.  Well, they ended their class last March 16 so it is but proper to have her celebration in school even if her real birthday is still on March 30.  

Theme is of course Disney Princess as her favorite.  She specifically requested for it.  She was in a nice pink dress made by her Ninang Mimi of Bumblebee and Company.

I ordered from Shakey’s Katipunan their kiddie party meal which is just appropriate.  The box includes a slice of pizza, 1 pc chicken, a cup of spaghetti, 2 pcs mojos plus a glass of iced tea. Great that they were able to deliver to the school canteen itself so it wasn’t an added errand for me to pick it up.  

Ordered her princess cake from Layers and Layers in Kapitolyo, Pasig. 

It was just a simple celebration.  There was just a cake blowing then eating time.  The lootboxes were distributed afterwards.  Games are actually not allowed.

I believe 2010 is a very good year for us. Could it be the talisman? lol! But I would like to think it is God’s faithfulness to us! We are very grateful. Husband and I have been blessed to have the careers we have. My husband’s work is at its peak! He is really very good on what he does and I am very proud of him. Though, there have been numerous offers for him from other sales job search, both locally and internationally, we are just praying all the time for God’s guidance on what’s going to be best for us. On my end, I also love the fact that clients have been putting good words about us and that we are continually getting new clients to trust with my services. I’m confident that we are on the right track. (cross-fingers), I think we are hitting our targets for the end of the year! yipee!

The girls are officially on summer break! They are very happy actually. Just enjoying the time of their lives by non-stop playing indoor and outdoor, watching TV and eating as well. I haven’t enrolled them yet to any summer activities as it has been very hot lately. I can’t stand to be out because of the heat of the sun. It’s kind of an effort to also bring them to the class especially if it would be far. So I am trying to see what would be available within the village clubhouse instead. I hope there would be a swimming lesson just like last year. It would probably be after the holy week. For the meantime, I just allow them to let loose and enjoy the first phase of summer by staying in the house. Although, it has been a little chaotic for me when they start to play in my home office, I couldn’t care less. I love playing with kids too so I’m savoring the moments!

I am actually in search of new sunglasses (sunnies) in the internet when I came across the acticle about Cheap Eyeglasses. A review has been made about Zenni Optical who has been the a leading manufacturing and marketing systems that provides high quality eyeglasses at a very affordable price. Sounds interesting. I wonder if they also produce sunglasses as I would really love to get one for myself. Apparently, when I checked in the mall, I was suprised at the soaring prices of the sunnies these days. Well, I am hoping to get the one with brands but relatively, I do not often wear sunglasses as I somehow not comfortable with it especially when driving. I have to get one that is nearly perfectly compliments my vision. Now, I am thinking to just get those ordinary sunglasses you can find anywhere. Well, hoping that Zenni Opticals offers the same deal for such. Apparently, they don’t have middlemen. no retail overhead and sells directly to their customers. They carry their own brand but you would be suprised as to how fashionable their styles. Their prescription glasses are the ones that get the most boost as it is known for durability, safety and comfort.

Oh, now, I am still in search of my perfect sunglasses.  I hope to find some affordable ones.

Here are more pictures of Margaux as one of the carnival dancers in their Annual Stage Play.  Again, I’m so proud of my little girl as she performs very well this year.  Better than last year when she was a bit shy.  This year, she practically knows all the dance steps and even the songs.  Not to mention, even the scripts of all the other characters!  I’ll be happy if she would have one of the major roles next year Hahaha, Here I am again, the stage-mother ever!

We are so proud of her!  She’s going to be in Kindergarten already next school year!  And then, she’s a grade-schooler already!

Arg! I am having some falling hair for the past few weeks. Can i relate this to stress? So I went to Basement Salon in Shangrila Mall yesterday to have my regular hair spa treatment. I even inquired if they can put on some hair loss vitamins to my scalp to regulate my falling hair. Would you have any idea where I could find the best hair loss treatment? Actually, my husband needs one too! lol!

On the other hand, my regular hair technician recommended the Permanent Blowdry Treatment. No I didn’t aval of it just yet. It’s actually my first time to hear it so I asked her to explain to me. It’s actually a treatment for those with frizzy, unruly hair. (raise hands for me!-arg, i have those). You shouldn’t see me with a hair that has not been blow-dried! :p Eversince I went to Chiyo, she doesn’t want to rebond my hair which has been a regular staple since I was in highschool. But I must admit that my hair looks healthier except that I need to blow dry it almost everyday to tame down the frizziness.

With Permanent Blowdry, they use a Keratin Treatment which they said that Beyonce uses for her hair. Though it is different with rebonding or any other straightening treatment because it doesnt use chemicals that restructure hair. They said the results can last from six weeks to a few months depending on how frequently the hair is washed. There’s a special shampoo as well to use for the hair. Now, the cost for my hair is a whooping Php8,000. Not sure if I am up for it but a client who I talked to while I was there said she significantly cut down on her preparation time at home before going to office since she had the treatment. At least, she doesn’t need to master-blow dry her hair. Makes sense actually like for me who even have regular blowdry session in the salon.

So before I head out to bed as I am thinking to take some herbal sleeping pills which my friend gave me and guaranteed to be safe and all-natural, (as i have been not getting a good sleep for the past few days) let me conclude by sharing more pictures of Bianca’s Moving Up Day. It’s actually her official graduation from Toddler Class.

They started off with a march to stage while we, the parents were patiently waiting for their entrance.

They did a song number after they have positioned themselves in the stage and was happy that she was participating during this part.

And of course their individual oral recitation.  All parents were proud of their children.  I am no excemption. Afterwards, they went out one at a time holding on to their certificates.

She had her moving up day Friday last week.  It was a joy to see her march with her white dress appropriate for a graduation day.  I’m happy to see her completing her toddler class and officially becoming a preschooler next school year.  She would also be on the same school as her Ate Margaux.  

Bianca is so cute with her oral recitation.  Though it is just a two liner poem, I am one proud mom!

Alright, I am getting emotional here! (sniff, sniff!)

My girls are big already! Margaux is almost 5 and Bianca is already 3! They’re the biggest thing that happened to me. They are becoming more like me actually (especially on becoming too girly! lol!) But I would still love to keep them as my babies. Now, Is it really time for the 3rd one? I am not too sure as well if I am all ready for baby number 3. Although if I should check on my body clock, I would probably have to consider already. But it doesn’t show right?  Can you honestly tell me if I should need those age spots removal? Gosh, I hate to admit if I should consider one already.  But it would probably help if I should start reviwing the best options out there, as I want to still look good even when my girls are already 18! :p

Oh I failed to blog that another baby has been added on my list of godsons/goddaughters. Yeah, I was honored to become chosen as one of the pretty godmothers (who I think have all been using best acne treatment) of Baby Migo (son of Jacqui and Mike). We were joking that the godmothers of Migo where all strong-willed women who are all beautiful and bag-hags?! lol! It was held last February 6 in the baptistry of Santuario De San Antonio. Migo is so cute, he looks like a 5-month old baby then. Early dinner followed in reception hall of the church. I think I ate a lot during that time while chatting with Jane about their mansion (lol!), bag and shoes shopping as well as about the top 10 acne treatments for 2009.
