Joy…Joy…

An advance birthday gift! I couldn’t be any happier. So if you assume that it’s a “new bag,” well, it is not! But it’s about bagging a “new account!” And I’m so proud and jumping for joy after receiving a phone call just now! It would eventually allow me to get more “bags!” lol!

Kidding aside, it’s a great opportunity and what a relief that my effort have paid off!

No, we didn’t build one but instead bought the kids a family inflatable swimming pool which was at 50% off in Little Tykes store in Shaw Blvd.  Super great deal because even me (which I tried actually on the very first day the kids used it) and Dicky can fit on this pool!  We are looking for nice playhouse to buy for the kids but since nothing was on sale that time, we decided to just get this pool. It comes in a very huge box that we had to use a box cutter just to open it.  And it didn’t dissapoint us, the kids are so loving it daily!  Yes, you can imagine how dark their skin tones now!  And how much they are enjoying playing on it!

I will be celebrating my XX birthday!  I wonder what would be my “great” present?!  I’m excited! lol!

The husband is so kind to be the one to go with the kids in swimming in the very nice and big pool in the clubhouse of Tagaytay Highlands. Apparently, I really do not want to swim (although I was so tempted already) because there were a number of paparazzis during that time. And as I said, i do not want to shame myself once they tagged me in FB, lol!

The kids on the other hand had a blast in playing in the pool. They enjoyed the water so much, much more playing with the other kids of the MBAP’s mommies.

to the US has been delayed already for a year now. Looks like we won’t spend again the christmas season there this year as the husband wants to stay in the new house for that particular season. Instead, we have agreed last night to go sometime end April-May next year, also in time for the SIL’s graduation. I really, really hope this would push through. I will be saving a lot for it as early as now. And that means, no preggy plans yet until we travel to the US. As we are discussing about it last night, I can’t help but get excited about it since I have been bugging the husband that we should also go to East Coast. He is just worried if it would be wise to bring kids to NY but I told him, we could just get a Car Service Newark Airport .  Travel itineraries can be booked online and it is so convenient.  Not only that, it is also known to be affordable, on time and a very safe ground transportation service throughout New Yor City.  So I don’t think we would have a concern to bring the kids. 

For the meantime, we would go for an asian tour by July and October.  I hope the swine-flu scare would be off already by those times.  Otherwise, we are still having second thoughts if we would push through. 

that the hot mommas of MBAP’s would need any of those fat burner supplements? We all don’t need any! lol!

We had a blast from the summer get-away last saturday in Tagaytay Highlands and even the daddies and kids most especially enjoyed swimming in the pool! But looks like it became also the daddies getaway as they also had a grand time with their basketball game and their drinking session after the buffet lunch. In fact, they had more time chit-chatting than us since most of the mommies were busy like paparazzis taking a lot of pictures during the day.  Wait for more posts about this summer getaway.

It was nice seeing you all ladies. We had so much fun! Wish we could do this monthly! Hahaha!

Call me OA but I really wish I would see David Cook in person later! Waaaah! Please, please, please!!!

I’ll miss the concert tomorrow so even just a sneak preview of him today would do!

Can’t wait…I’m excited to see the jaw-dropping gorgeous hot mommas! lol!

that our phone line would be installed soon.  I badly need DSL connection.  I am using my very able Nokia E71 first as modem for my Amanda.  Good thing, I can still get good signal but there are times when it is erratic so it pisses me off.  But I am so loving my phone since I can really browse and check emails and even be in FB wherever I go.   Wish there are new cell towers to be installed in our area so I can get better connection.  This is the reason why I won’t have blog updates often.  And I really hope as well that cable would be installed soon!  For the meantime, a wireless landline would do!

last friday was so fun. We had to meet the founder you know! I miss these girls a lot! I super love the juicy stories that were thrown out in the table. We had dinner in Conti’s, and eventually left when the waitress approached us and said the other table is complaining! Ok, the place is so small so you can really hear our roaring laughs. We moved to Tea and Theraphy. A very cozy place where we had a night’s cap of chit-chats and the same time made the place our own studio!

oh I think its not just for coffee but dinner as well. I’m excited to see the girls tomorrow afternoon. Although, some cannot make it due to unavoidable reasons but isn’t good that we would get together because of our founder, Apols, who is just here for few days. I saw her from a wedding yesterday and I envy her so much since she’s so slim!!!! Grrr, I wonder if she is using the best fat burners? lol!

I’m also excited for the family outing next week in Tagaytay Highlands!  I’m sure there would be endless chikas!  And oh, I am foregoing watching David Cook concert because of this outing!  lol!

Yes, we had a simple house blessing last saturday.  My relatives went to the house for dinner after.  We just fetched the priest from the chapel at 4pm so we can proceed with the ceremony. We did the tradition of showering of coins all throughout the house.  We had a great time sharing our new home with family and relatives.

 Sunday, we had dinner with relatives of Dicky on the other hand.  Too bad that the garden/lawn area is not yet fixed so that means we would have another celebrations (this time with friends) probably by June when everything is set already.  I have been thinking to put up gazebos, lol!

Its really the fruits of our labor and hardwork.  The husband deserves a great recognition for providing very well for the family.  We are thankful for all the blessings from the One Up Above.

We had a simple house blessing yesterday. In fact, we were just very few during the blessing itself. Just my immediate family as our guests and then my cousins and aunts came in after to have dinner with us. Later night would be the side of my husband’s family. Everyone loves the house, the modernity, the fixtures and furnitures. We are overwhelmed with their compliments. And I am also overwhelmed with the comments that I’m slimmer now! Yahoo! That’s great news cause atleast we don’t need to but any new fitness equipment anymore. Also I got my haircut already. I am happy with a shorter hair.  I will try to post pictures next time as I already need to hit the kitchen for my cooking!!!
