finally!!! After 7 years of hardwork, patience and sacrifice! It was all worth the wait for the place we call OUR OWN, OUR HOME!!!
We finally moved to the dreamhouse last sunday morning. We arrived there at 6am, almost in time for sunrise. (so notice the kids are still in their PJs!) Had a great breakfast and so far the kids are enjoying our stay.
There are still some stuff to fix but we are almost settled!
It’s feels so great to be home sweet home!
I snagged this from Aggie as I need to work on something, lol! I need fillers as you know as well. And I also need to research, review and write about mesothelioma. So here’s the randomness…

HOME SWEET HOME, VERY VERY SOON!
that without vigorously doing anything, I am starting to lose weight! Ah, this is what stress can do for me! Imagine, I do not even need to start yet with my plan to try south beach diet. Nor do I need to go back to the gym yet. I also do not need to try any of the diet pills online or whatever you call it like those best appetite suppressant since I have lost about 8lbs already since the start of April! I hope I can shed another 12lbs more. The husband is also starting to lose weight. And if he doesnt lose a near 10lbs by end of the month, I would start him on south beach diet already! Could be my early bday present. And oh, I agreed on the (half) basketball court in the lawn area already so he can exercise.

would include a lot of packing. There are still few stuff to put in a box. The clothes will just be brought as is. We realized we still need to buy other items like locks, water hose and even those small stuff for the dirty kitchen. I was so tired in cleaning yesterday. Will be fixing already the rooms within the week. I wonder how my clothes, shoes and stuff would fit in the closets. For the meantime, I would just like to rest for the day as I think I have lost few pounds again yesterday, that’s the only consolation. So I do not need anymore any of those diet pills no matter how my friends are saying that we should try one since they have been reading some good nuphedra reviews.
I can’t believe we are almost moving, very very soon actually. Let’s just say, we are just counting the days. It looks better now from the picture above. In fact, furnitures are in. But I reserving the pictures for ourselves for a while. I’m savoring every bit of it. (lol!) The lawn will be finished as well within this week. So I am pretty busy next week for a lot of packing and arranging. I’m almost complete with kitchen utensils. I just need to complete minor items for the bathroom. Would you believe that I’m buying mostly new items even for my skin care products? Talking about vanity! Hahaha. I would love to use new ones with my new vanity table and a very nice master’s bathroom, which should be for our eyes only for the meantime! Can’t wait to be sleeping soundly in the new bed! These are what you call heavenly bliss! Thank God for all his blessings!
So where did you guys go for the Holy Week? Our family took the traffic route to Tagaytay on a Holy Thursday and stayed there till Friday afternoon. We were with a company of one of the husband’s friend from his previous work. We had bisita iglesia as well, starting off with 3 churches here in Manila and ending the rest in Tagaytay. We also went to Flower Farm, where the owner is a good friend also of Dicky so we were able to take nice pictures inside the farm. Dicky was practising with his dslr actually. But the pics am posting here are from my ever reliable sony digicam.
Easter Sunday, we went to the Easter celebration of Eastwood City. It was a fun afternoon with lots of treats for the kids. There was egg painting, pony rides, encouters with some animals (real ones and fakes, hehehe), glitter tattoos, inflatables. Dicky and I were so tired after just capping with a dinner in Dencios. But the kids were still up and about to play. I wish I have all their energy!
Here are some pics…
Holy Thursday
Easter Sunday
Oh and I’m missing the good friday pics as all were from Dicky’s dslr.
I was exhausted the whole of last week since we were very busy in furnishing the house. Packing, packing and packing. Then cleaning and cleaning and cleaning. It feels like there’s no end to it. I think I won’t need any best diet pills because I have lost about 5lbs already. Oh, I am pretty sure it was all worth it. The dreamhouse is now liveable. Furnitures are already there last friday. Some appliances were delivered already. But let me share some pics first of how did it look like a week before all the deliveries…
It looks totally different now. I’m reserving other pics for the meantime. We are doing a lot of cleaning again this week and more furnishings as well. And believe me, I’m going nuts with all the expenses. We are waiting for the final site development (the gates, the walls) so we can readily move. Can’t wait also for the lawn to be fixed!
I just brought the kids (Margaux, Bianca and 2 of their cousins) to Manila Ocean Park. We had snacks in Pancake house before entering the ocenarium. The kids enjoyed looking inside the aquariums. Although I have expected it to be a small place, nevertheless, they had a blast. It was so hard to take decent pictures of the kids. So please pardon what I just took:
And here’s the bday girl after a tiring afternoon. We then just had a simple dinner at home. (Oh and I still havent downloaded the pics from the dslr.)
this year is quite sure already. The husband agreed not to miss a hongkong trip within the year. We are going with my brother’s family and we are availing of an extended stay hotels from our timesharing membership. Likely, we would go on the last quarter of the year which would almost be Bianca’s 3rd birthday and my nephew’s 10th birthday celebrations. I am excited as we are going to bring the kids this time. I can’t wait for them to see Disneyland. Although I find the Hongkong Disneyland too small. Nevertheless, I am sure they would have a blast with the rides and to see the parade and fireworks display. And it would be such a bonding experience again with the whole family.
