It was 830am last monday. I was teaching the new maid on how to clean our water purifiers when I received a call from the school nurse.  I heard from the background how my little girl cried profusely.  The nurse narrated to me what happened.  She slipped on the ground, with head, forehead in particular slapped right onto the concrete floor.  She had no bruises nor bump but she just didn’t stop in crying.  The doctor talked to me after.  Then she seemed ok after few minutes.  That was after I talked to her on the phone.  

I was advised that she will then be brought back to the classroom.  20 minutes after, got another call.  She was then brought back to the clinic.  The class topic was about parents and she got emotional when her Teacher Joyce was talking about Moms and Dads.  She then cried again and cannot be stopped.  

The teacher and the doctor decided to just dismiss her early.  I went right away to fetch her.  She was no longer crying when I arrived but eventually did when she saw me inside the clinic.  I had initial discussion first with the doctor and her teacher went also to meet me.  She seemed ok already.  But when we were about to go out of their building, she threw up and vomitted a lot!  I got scared, really scared.  Cause they said, it’s bad when a kid vomits after falling.  We went back to clinic, changed her clothes and rested for a while.  

We left after 15 minutes.  She complained of tummy ache, so I had her eat spaghetti which we ordered from Mcdo through drive-thru.  When we got home, she again threw up.  I was kinda in panic already so I decided to bring her to emergency of Medical City.  Called up her pediatrician as well.  We were advised to take head xray.  

I was anxious for the result.  But she seemed normal already.  Thank God that when the results came in,  they didn’t found any fracture at all.  But of course, this is just an xray.  Her pediatrician didn’t recommend CT scan anyway.  She said to just watch her actions and gave me checklists on what to really monitor.  Since Monday, she seemed ok.  Except that I noticed that she has episodes of getting irritated lately.  Maybe, it’s just me or just about the things I have been watching from the series House.  I’m getting paranoid.  

The best thing I could do is pray.  I hope its just an accident and no serious complications in the future.
