Dicky went home with his new “temporary” service car. He parked it in our garage together with “my” black beauty. It took him a while before entering the house so I wonder why. I went out to check on him, and there I found that he was transferring all my things from my car to a plastic bag! He said he will be bringing “beauty” (name of my car) tomorrow cause he already sold her! WWWWHHHATTT???!!! Did I hear it correctly? I knew that we are really selling her but I can’t imagine it too soon!
I suddenly felt so sad, really really sad. OA pero, super nalungkot ako. Ang dami na naming napag-daanan ng car na yun! I sing and dance inside the car, especially when I feel sleepy. I cried inside that car. I laughed a lot inside that car. There’s a lot of stories made inside that car. She’s my bestfriend during my events, my ultimate companion. She’s my nest next to our home!
Ano ba yan?! I’m super attached! I think I have some separation anxiety with my car. And tomorrow morning, I bet, I’m going to cry! (huhuhu)
Dicky said I should be happy since I’ll be using his CRV already. I know it’s a newer and bigger but I still feel sad, sad, sad. But of course, I can’t insist on keeping the car. We don’t need 3 vehicles! (ang mahal ng gas!)
I’m haggling with the husband to just bring it next week instead, but he thinks otherwise! I never thought that when I had a meeting this morning, that it will be my last ride with beauty! I should have gone on a road trip with her the whole afternoon amidst the rain.
Oh my! What’s happening to me? I really feel so sad!

nakakalungkot nga.. ako nga kahit kino-consider pa lang namin ibenta tong kotse, parang nalulungkot na ako.. kaya sabi namin, di to ibebenta talaga hehe amin sya hanggang maging lumang-luma na sya..

haaay joy i can relate! i had the exact same car – Black na Optra, we called her Oprah LOL…..we sold her to my tito for my college age cousins who were starting to drive. Nakakalungkot, although i get to see her, kaya lang after almost 4 years ko siyang inalagaan wala pang 1 month nabangga na ng pinsan ko haaaay….ganyan talaga….you can only hope that the new owner takes as good care of it as you did

i feel for you, jody. ganyan din kse ako. when i left for Dubai, i felt sad leaving behind not just my family & then bf now husband, Ryan, but also our beloved van. especially when that vehicle became your cocoon during your happiest & saddest moments. don’t worry, may CRV naman eh. you can make plenty of memories with her, too.

whenever i would see the same make and model sa road, naalala ko pa din ang old car. kaya itong car namin, ayaw ko ipabenta talga, siksikan na kami soon:) hahaha

Jacqui, I know naman na sell na yun, kay Che-che nga binenta eh. Problem din kasi ang parking dahil 2 lang kasya sa garage. Hirap dito sa amin pag iniwan lang sa labas, baka kinabukasan, wala nang gulong! Hahaha. Kaya sabi ni Dicky, kailangan na talagang ibenta. Pero nabigla lang ako na that too soon! Malamang when I see it nga again na drive na ni Cheche, may “kurot” din akong mararamdaman! hehehe

nakaka-sad talaga pag bigla kang naiwan ng isang bagay na naka witness sa dami dami ng pinagdaanan natin. kahit matagal ng naka for sale, di ka pa rin magiging ready pag may buyer na. naging karamay na kasi sya sa lahat ng bagay.

super sad talaga yan,ako nga kahit pang buy and sell unit ni amiel na-aatached talaga ko kasi nagagamit ko din madalas. ganun ata talga, and believe me, pati mga hubby’s natin nalulungkot din yan… d bale mas ok naman pala at bonggang bonggang crv na kapalit
