I’m big time happy today. I think Margaux has really been enjoying school already. Apart from being so independent already in going inside the classroom (since last week), she also tells me a lot of stories about their activities. Today, upon fetching her, these were her words:
“Thank you mommy for fetching me!”
Yay, those words melted me! Apparently, they were taught in school today to be “thankful” always. She also gave me this card:
Can you see Dicky, Me, Margaux, Bianca and the two yayas in her drawing? Hahaha! (From L-R according to Margaux: Mommy, Margaux, Daddy, Bianca, Ate Beth and Ate Gina)

This is the inside of the card…

In our parent’s bulletin, she was asked to bring a copy of me and Dicky. And she said that they talked about mommies and daddies today. I’m so proud that we now have a very happy preschooler. I now always look forward to her stories.
By the way, attended already the first PTC (parent-teacher conference) last Friday and according to her teacher, she seems to enjoy school already. Margaux is seen mingling with her classmates all the time.
Happy, Happy, Happy!
and we are off to Singapore. Gee, I’m not yet prepared for our itinerary and Dicky has been asking me about it over the weekend. I actually saved a number of blog entries in my laptop from my blogging buddies who went to Singapore so I can get some guidelines for the best places to check. We would be hitting the last week of the Great Singapore Sale so I’m alloting two days for shopping! Pathetic but my shopping list is already done unlike the itinerary!
Last saturday, the husband was able to get some best buy from Aldo and Springfield in Bonifacio Hight Street. He really can’t get enough of long sleeves polo. I don’t know but his cabinet is just full of dress shirts, some he doesn’t even wear anymore. So If I’m a bag hag who has lots of bags which I barely use all, he’s a dress shirt hag on the other hand. But I really like what he got from Aldo, black leather shoes since it was like about 55% off the rack price.
