Just when I thought I’m going to enjoy my “3,”  I’m now officially back to 0 for this domain.  Waaaah!   Di pa man din ako approve kay big 3Ps, despite my pakonsensya email!  Naiiyak ako!   As in!  Call me pathetic pero super nakakainis.  Ok, so I enjoyed my PR 3 for just more than a month?!

It looks promising.  The bank gave us feedback yesterday regarding approval but we have yet to see if the approval is according to our desired loan amount already.  Our contact said that they are just reassessing the property again to get the correct value.  I hope it would be favorable this time.  Honestly, we don’t want to shelf the plan yet in building the house nor do we want to just throw the property to some land auction.  We bought it to build our dream house.  Wish us luck!
