Who would believe that I was 105 lbs when I got married?  Six months after, I didn’t fit in my wedding gown anymore.  Then I gained more pounds through the years.   The above picture was taken in Fort Ilocandia in Laoag about 4 years ago when we were still childless.  Notice how thin I was in the picture.  Whoa, I wonder if i could ever get back at least to that figure again.  The 105 lbs is hopeless!  I saw a friend recently and I was amazed as to how she has trimmed down.  She has a secret and it is something I would also like to try on.  No, I’m not yet ready to go under a cut of knife to have let’s say a tummy tuck.  An abdominoplasty can actually remove the excess skin and fat around the belly which is the most concerned part of my body right now.  But I’m kinda afraid of the procedure because it requires an incision which will be made under the abdomen.  In one of the famous plastic surgery center in the US, Rodeo Drive Plastic Surgery combines  abdominoplasty with  liposuction to further remove fat and for effective body contouring.   It could be so tempting to go under this procedure just to achieve an ideal figure but I’m not so desperate to try it yet.  But I’m not saying my final word.  Hehehe.  I might eat my words in the future.  If ever I’m going to do it, I would have to do with with a qualified doctor like the ones from Rodeo Drive Plastic Surgery, Dr. Llyod Krieger.  Well, the center is located at the premier location in Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, home of the celebrities.  Dr. Lloyd is also very popular for other plastic surgery procedures like breast augmentation. You will be suprised that a number of their patients for this program are really coming from different parts of the world. Could I be one of them? I’m not ready for it though. 

We have two beds in our room.  In one bed, its me and Bianca and it’s Margaux and Dicky for the other bed.  But last night, we tried to put them to sleep together.   Well, reason for this is because I was still doing my grumbling to my dear husband.   Oh, but I realized that they could really be in one bed already.  Both of them sleep through the night anyway, except for Bianca who would ask for milk at 3 in the morning.  I’m used to it already.  I think we could really have them sleep together soon.  We should get a cute girly mattress for them.

I was grumbling to Dicky last night.  I was like a little kid who was cranky and grumpy to him from dinner time till sleeping time.  So what’s the complaint all about?  I’m burned out from work and I’m demanding for a vacation with him and the kids. Well, I’m actually not “burned out” but I just want to travel.  He reiterates that we are already going to Grande Island by Holy Week.  So he calls it vacation?  Not for me though cause it’s just an overnight accommodation.  So he then said to check some resorts in Batangas!?  What?  Sorry, I didn’t buy the idea.  Pathetic it may seem but I told him I want a vacation with air travel involved! 

We debated and debated.  While he was throwing back all the ideas I have, I keep on presenting new options for places to go to.  I made my researches.  I have a number of possible getaways to show him.  

We compromised and compromised more. 

At the end of the night, I finally won!  Yipee! At least, I could settle for these for the meantime. 

1 local destination to bring the kids and my parents (likely Boracay)—>I’ll be paying for this trip courtesy of my “other” career.

1 asian destination (most likely Singapore)

and 1 major travel (US trip within the year)  but this is still subject to some criterias to be met!  Wish, wish, wish. 

Aside from it, since I read from Jacqui that they are going to Macau-HK if they will reach their sales quota, I also grumble about it so he then promised to bring me along! Yahoo!

So Jac, tell your team to work doubly hard. Bwahahaha.

Are we having a US trip this year?  It is still a debate between me and Dicky.  We are still undecided.  You probably know what’s my stand for this.  Of course, I want a US trip within the year.  This time to bring Bianca as well.  She would definitely love Disneyland and Universal Studios as much as Margaux enjoyed it the last time and they are bigger now so they can have more fun with the rides.  And as for me, I won’t miss going to the outlet stores and stay in a Vegas hotel.

Did you hear the news last night regarding a drug factory that was raded by police in Pasig area?  Well, it is unfortunate that our area has been a site for drug pushers and drug users.  I hope there would be qualified drug rehabilitation centers also that can address this situation.  The only question now is how to send these users there on their own free will.
