No, this is not the suprise of Dicky for me.  He doesn’t want to buy me bags anymore :-(

But this the latest LV Monogram Canvass.  And for those LV fanatics, this bag is a very spacious shoulder bag (which I like) but is also budget-friendly!  It is available in two sizes, PM and GM.  I think I will go for GM.  No, I’m not buying yet.  No bag-budget anymore.  Also, it has a zipper closure which is a breakthrough between Neverfull and Bagtinolles.  I like the rounded shape at the edge, it looks so modern but still exemplifies the elegance of an LV bag because of that small gold plaque with an engraved Old English Louis Vuitton Signature and small golden round studs that can be seen throughout the exterior.

It’s my newest eye-candy!

Margaux celebrated her birthday twice.  It was a saturday and sunday celebration.  Saturday, we invited her classmates and few friends’ kids to join us in Fun Ranch.  We treated the kids to an hour of play in active fun and merienda was served in Pomodoro Verde, across the play area.  Ordered cake from Layers and Layers with Nemo as a theme.  The little girl was shy with her guests so didn’t actually blow the candle.  I bought few items for lootbag including candies and cookies.  I also bought beach balls and goggles to put inside the lootbag so kids can use it in time for this summer.  Margaux had a blast with all her gifts when she opened it at home.

Sunday, March 30 her exact birthday, Margaux had a joint celebration with his cousin Seth.  We had a swimming party near my brother’s place with few cousins.  This time, she blew the candle in her cake.  Two times nagamit the cake.  I got a two layer cake and since it was just the top layer that was consumed last saturday, we decided to reconstruct it had the bottom layer for sunday.  (o diba, tipid!)

Oh, it’s the last day of March already.  How time flies so fast!  We are done for the 1st quarter of the year.  And summer is officially here.  It’s so hot these days.  It’s really time to take a plunge on the beach so I’m very excited for our Boracay trip this April.  I’m a beach bum you know.  But for the meantime, check out here our first summer outing. It wasn’t fancy at all but the kids just love splashing in the pool.   I’m sure they will have a blast in Bora.

I got this tag from Eds. It is fun doing it.

Click to view my Personality Profile page

This is what it means:  Extraverts enjoy social interactions and tend to be enthusiastic, verbal, assertive, and animated. They enjoy large social gatherings, such as parties and any kind of group activity.  Intuitive people focus on the future and the possibilities. They process information through patterns and impressions. They read between the lines, they are abstract thinkers.   Thinking people are objective and make decisions based on facts. They are ruled by their head instead of their heart. Judging people like order, organization and think sequentially. They like to have things planned and settled.  I am very much like all of the above.

What’s your personality Nice, Mel, Aggie and Macy?

In my wedding last friday, my bride used a different kind of arrhae.  I learned that her family is a collector of gold and silver coins.  I got interested about it so I researched more about it in the internet.  So if you want to invest or collect on gold coins, Monex Deposit Company is the best option.  They have been in the business for more than 30 years already, selling silver, gold and other precious metals and coins.  You can arrange for an immediate delivery of your purchases or they can arrange to provide you with a safe storage with a reliable bank or depository.  You are guaranteed that they are composed of experienced and professional staff that can guide you in choosing from their different products.  So if you have the money, buying gold can actually be a good way to preserve one’s wealth.

Thanks to Aggie for this tag.

Here are the rules:

1. Think about what it is that you want more than anything, what your heart’s desire and fondest wish is, and what it is that you would wish for if you were to see the above wishing star flame across the night sky.
2. Right click and SAVE the blank graphic below.
3. Use a graphics program of your choice and place your wish on this picture.

So whatever happened to the dreamhouse?  It remains to become a dreamhouse.  I guess it is meant to be that way.  We didn’t get our desired loanable amount from the bank and we don’t want to compromise since we don’t want to shell out any extra money anymore in building it.  We want to save up for other things like for the furniture and appliances for the new house. We are saving so much cause we want all the best for the house.   Even just the mere lighting system, we are very particular. For example, I have set my mind for the chandeliers that I would get.  Bottomline, we are shelving the plan first.  We did our excel files and we will make a review by mid of this year.  I believe this is what has been planned for us by the One above.  We will patiently wait.  HE has replaced it with something and I’m happy with it.  We have made a decision.  We will be spending the holidays in the US.  (call it:  reallocation of funds! lol)

Got this tag from Jacqui and Farah.

Name 11 people you can think of right off the top of your head.  Don’t read the questions underneath until you write the names of all the 11 people.  This is a lot funnier if you actually randomly list the names first.  No cheating.

1.  Dicky

2.  Margaux

3.  Bianca

4.  Ruth, my friend

5.  Tina, my friend

6.  Jenny, my cousin

7.  Cecille, my bride for tomorrow

8.  Liza, my coordinator friend

9.  Monette, my sister-in-law

10. JP, my friend

11.  Beth, our maid

Now, its time to answer the following questions:

1. How did you meet # 4?  She was my former bride and now my upcoming business partner.

2.  What would you do without #6? Hmm, ok lang, she’s really been away for years now.  She’s based in Canada.  I’m doing her wedding back here in Manila next year.

3.  What would you do if #2 and # 6 were going out?  Going out as in date?  Impossible, mag-tita yun!

4.  Who’s #10′s best friend?  He has lots of friends actually.  We belong to the same circle.

5.  Have you ever eaten around #1?  Always.

6.  Do you miss #2? Sometimes yes, especially if I’m so busy with work.

7.  Who is #11 dating?  Naku, wala dapat!  hahaha…baka biglang magpa-alam.  Walang bf daw ito.

8.  What do you think of #3?  She’s so adorable.

9.  What do you think of #9?  Very kind and soft-spoken.  A very good wife and mother.

10.  Who does #2 like?  She prefers daddy a lot.

11.  Would you marry #8?  No!  I’m happily married, hehehe.

12.  Ever slept in the same room as any of the numbers?  Yes, for numbers 1, 2 and 3.

Passing it on to Jenny and Erika.

Oh, we have a wedding again tomorrow and the bride instructed me to get the pair of doves from the caterer since they want to release it after their recessional in the church.  Whatever is the meaning of this release of doves, I’m not really sure but for posterity sake, a lot of couples are still doing it.  But good thing they do it now outdoors instead of those old times when they have to release it by pulling a string from a bell.  We always come prepared in getting those doves from the box.  I bought some exam gloves for my coordinator to use. No one from my team wants to hold it with bare hands.

Enough of work.

Was able to do some blogging.

I’m almost half done with all the tags and awards.

But did you notice that I don’t have much business recently?

Low sales lately, lol!

I think I should get a blog with PR8 already!  hahaha.

Dare!

How time flies so fast.  Our first born is already turning 3 by sunday, March 30.  We decided to celebrate it with few friends at Fun Ranch Tiendesitas.  I already went there yesterday for the preparation.  Yes, just started all the preps yesterday.  I’m good in cramming, lol!  No, we are not closing up Fun Ranch for her birthday.  We are just treating her classmates and kids of her dad’s officemates for some fun activities in Fun Ranch.  Then merienda will be served at Pomodoro Verde.  I’ll be on lookout tomorrow on what to give out as loots for the kids but I already ordered her birthday cake and cupcakes from Layers and Layers.  Her theme will be Nemo, cause I want “under the sea” theme.  I decided not to go for Ariel, the Little Mermaid cause she has more boys invited than girls, lol.  Nemo is more playful for both girls and boys.

I hope she would have fun and enjoy the simple celebration we are preparing for her.

My friend and I are setting up a new company which would handle all our corporate events. I am very hopeful for this new venture as we have proved that corporate events are making a big chunk of our projects since last year. With it, we have decided to put one level higher our marketing strategies to promote our services. We are also thinking to tie up with talent management companies in order for us to get experienced talents for hosting, singing and dancing, which we normally need in most of the product launches or mere parties for companies we are handling.

Since it is the time of the year when people flock the summer destinations like beaches in Boracay, Bohol, Palawan, Puerto Galera or even just plain swimming pool anywhere near, I’m sure the mommies are dead set to tone down and keep those flabs away.  I’m one of them so I’m thinking to enroll in a slimming salon which we tried last week.  I wish I could see the difference in one month’s time after 15 treatments or else I would just take Orovo.

The kids just love swimming.  Look how they just love to splash with their cousin for two days on the portable pool we have in the garage. Getting ready to go for swimming in Subic this weekend and for our Bora trip on April.  I’m excited for them.

Just arrived from a trip this Maundy Thursday.   Went out to have Bisita Iglesia to 7 churches in Tagaytay and Batangas and then headed off to the farm of Dicky’s officemate in Tanauan, Batangas.  Margaux and Bianca enjoyed staying in the farm, seeing the ducks, cows, rabbits, turtles and a horse.  It a good place to relax.  We had a great time with two families who joined us.    Will post pictures next time.  We were kidding the owner that their farm can pass as a  drug treatment center because it is so secluded from the city.

The husband has been looking for his golf balls since this morning cause he will be playing golf tomorrow.  But seems like he cannot find where he placed the new ones he just bought last week. I was kidding him that he is really starting to age cause he has some memory gap attacks already.   After searching again for more than an hour this evening, he finally remembers that it was stuck in the bag at the trunk of his car.
