Thank you very much for all your prayers.  Really appreciate all of it.  My brother was already released yesterday.  Thank God.  The main culprit was his erosive gastritis.  He underwent endoscopy and found out that he has lots of wounds/holes in his stomach.  That triggered his severe vertigo.  The thin nerve that they found under his ear is benign.  Thank goodness.  It must have been dilated only as per the neurologist.  But he will be on soft diet for a week and there’s a lot of food that he needs to avoid.  Medications will take for 4-6 months to heal the wounds/holes.  But good thing that it is not at all ulcer yet, but close to it.
